Abstrakt

This project offered a resource for the Christian education program at the Central American Theological Seminary (CATS). It demonstrated a need for training and increased quality of performance in Christian education in Latin America. Responding to an apparent lack of training, it evaluated and determined curriculum needs for a Master of Arts in Christian Education (MA/CE) degree at CATS. Needs assessment instruments were used to determine key needs. These evaluated current practice and identified ways to improve performance effectiveness. Curriculum for a MA/CE has been recommended to CATS to meet Latin America's need for higher training in this area.
