  • This research tests the hypothesis that leaders who engage in self-directed reading of Christian literature more likely develop an integrated, mature faith. Three focus groups helped understanding of issues, fashioning of goals, and crafting of the 'faith and reading survey.' An nth name selection from a church list in a 4,000 sample and 1,021 useable responses.
