Abstrakt

This model in ministry project was designed to equip the United Church of Christ Education Consultants with the skills to integrate multicultural content into curriculum, resource and workshop design. The methodology included a pretest, a packet of learning activities for the purpose of pre-workshop preparation, a workshop, the post-test and the use of the Delta Model for future action planning and transfer of learning. The results demonstrate that all research participants improved significantly in knowledge and skills needed for integrating multicultural content into various resources and workshop designs.
