- Team preaching is in obedience to the biblical mandate of preaching and the Great Commission. This product is a training manual for the bilingual church to practice team preaching with consecutive interpretation. It traces the emergence of the Chinese-American church, assesses the ethnic, bilingual ministry, and argues for consecutive interpretation over simultaneous interpretation. It defines the mechanism and goals of consecutive interpretation, the interpreter's role, qualification, equipping, steps to prepare for a message, and evaluation.
