The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders of Fellowship of Montgomery, Montgomery, Texas, with essential assimilation skills. The project director completed the project by meeting three primary objectives. The first objective was to research the field of church member assimilation to determine essential skills needed. The second objective was to develop a training curriculum to equip selected leaders with assimilation skills.
