Abstrakt

As the Baby Boomer generation ages many churches are now finding that young people have left their congregations. Churches once filled with children and young families now have empty classrooms and a congregation comprised mainly of empty nesters. This dissertation examines causes of the decline and death of churches to help them determine culturally-appropriate methods to reach the next generation, and those that follow.
