Abstrakt

The author's thesis is that Wisdom, Jesus Christ, is made known in a mosaic of culture(s). The author insightfully uses phenomenological method and on-site interviews at Rocky Boy Indian Reservation (Montana). Her research discusses missiology and historical memory; Accompaniment (Luke) as biblical model at the Reservation where sitting alone, invitation, suffering, and turnabout journeys are hermeneutical process. This thesis describes the implications of the Accompaniment model for cross-cultural education, health and resilience. The result: freedom, accountability and profound respect for mystery in living the culturally useful life.
